This topical Magnesium supplement is easily absorbed through the skin helping to soothe muscle tension, aching joints and improve sleep.

Magnesium Spray is suited for those requiring more Magnesium either regularly or on occasions of more intense conditions. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with our Magnesium & Kawakawa Cream for optimal results.

Fantastic!!!!

  • What is the difference between using a magnesium cream and a magnesium spray?

    The main difference lies in the application and absorption.

    A magnesium cream is a topical formulation that is applied directly to the skin and massaged in. It contains other anti-inflammatory and nourishing ingredients providing a moisturizing and nourishing experience, allowing the magnesium to gradually absorb into the skin over time.

    On the other hand, a topical magnesium spray has a higher percentage of Magnesium and is quickly absorbed into the skin. It can also be used in conjunction with the cream for those needing a greater Magnesium boost.

  • Does Magnesium help improve your sleep?

    Transdermal magnesium helps the sleep process by regulating the neurotransmitters and ultimately calming your nervous system in readiness for sleep. Rub onto the tops of your feet, heels and back of legs before bed.
